Haruki Murakami, author of the short story upon which this shirt is based, "On Meeting the 100% Perfect Girl One Beautiful April Morning," called this the stupidest shirt he has ever seen (but he did say this with a smile on his face, I've been told). As a big fan of Murakami's work myself, this is oddly gratifying, and this is one of my favorite shirts.
