Shipping Rates and Policies
Our shipping rates are based on weight, so if you order a pack of buttons and a patch, we're going to charge you considerably less than if you order a jacket and a t-shirt, yeah?
INSIDE THE US: we now offer the option of First Class Mail or Priority Mail. First Class starts at $1 for a pack of badges or something else small, and goes up to $3 for most everything else. Priority Mail starts at $5.
WE SHIP TO THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES VIA GLOBAL PRIORITY MAIL: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
For CANADA and MEXICO, the rates start at $10, and go up to $17 once you get past two t-shirts' worth of weight (this is based on how much I can cram in a Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope, which is considerably less expensive than a larger one).
For all other countries, the rates start at $12, and go up to $22 once you get past two t-shirts' worth of weight (again, this is based on the price difference between the Global Priority Flat Rate envelope and the regular one).

Return Policy
Any SEIBEI product can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn (beyond trying it on) and unwashed. If there is any defect with your product, I will gladly ship out a new item to you. In either case, please email me directly at david@seibei.com!
